An Urbanbella® consultant will conduct a brief phone interview with you to
understand your hair goals and “your hair story” (hair history).
During your personal consultation, your Urbanbella® consultant will review
several characteristics about your hair and scalp to determine what your
curls need. To get the best benefit from the consultation your curls, kinks
or waves should be free from products including oils and styling aids. This
will give us the opportunity to see your curls in their most natural state.
The wonderful result is selection of products just for your curly, kinky or
wavy hair. Best of all we will make sure you know and understand how to use
and apply your products to get the best benefit!
