Consultations
What is involved with a consultation?

During the consultation, one of our team members will actually apply various
products to your hair to allow you to understand how to apply them at home
and how the final result will look.
Do I have to have an appointment for a consultation?
-
Yes, consultations are done by appointment only and are not conducted on
walk-ins.
How do I book an appointment for a consultation?
-
Please contact us here at Urbanbella at 404.255.5022 and one of our team
members will set up your consultation. Setting up a consultation requires a
deposit made by credit card payment over the telephone.
What happens to my payment?
-
The payment goes on your account with Urbanbella as a credit. It is used as
credit towards any items that you purchase during your consultation.

How long does a consultation take?

Consultations are approximately 1 hour.
Is there a charge for a consultation?
-
Consultations are complimentary with product purchase. There is a $50
booking fee collected at the time you schedule your appointment. If you make
a purchase the same day the $50 fee will be credited to your purchase.
The consultation fee is non-refundable.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Styling appointments and consultations cannot be cancelled, but can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Not providing adequate notice will result in a loss of deposit and appointment time. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
What if I want to leave with my hair styled?
- You can make an appointment for a consultation with the salon. You will
receive all of the services associated with a product consultation; however,
your deposit will be credited towards your salon services. The objective of
a salon/styling consultation is to give you an idea of how a particular
service will work for you, such as color services, special hair and scalp
treatments, special occasion styling, and other styling services. Our
stylist will actually apply various products to your hair to allow you to
understand how the final result will look. At the conclusion of the
consultation, you will receive salon services of your choice.
I don’t feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the phone.
Can I come in to make an appointment for a consultation?
- Absolutely, feel free to come to the store and book an appointment. We are
open Monday - Saturday from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m.
I am not able to make a consultation appointment at this time. Can I just
come to your store and purchase products or do I need an appointment?

Customers are always welcome to come to the store and make a purchase at any
time during business hours. An appointment is not required to visit our
store.
Can I schedule a consultation if I have a relaxer?
-
We recommend getting a consultation only after you have at least 2 to 3
inches of new growth. It is difficult to provide an accurate assessment of
your natural hair with the new growth any shorter.
Can I bring my friends and/or family to watch during my consultation?

Consultations are private one-on-one exclusive services and are held in a
private area of our store. Because this ensures a relaxed and comfortable
atmosphere we ask that you come alone to your consultation. We ask that if
you are interested in having a group consultation that you contact us to
schedule a Curl Talk and Tea™ Seminar for your party. We are more that happy
to schedule one of these events for you.
Can my friends/family wait while I receive my consultation?

Our waiting area is very small we only have space to accommodate clients
receiving services. We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.
Can I have my hair styled at your salon?
- Yes. We offer full styling services! Please contact us for an appointment at 404.255.5022.
Can I bring my child(ren)?

Unless they are receiving service, we ask that you honor our "no children
policy"; this will ensure a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Can I bring my friends and/or family to watch during my consultation?
- Consultations are a one-on-one exclusive services and are held in a private
area of our store. Because of this we only allow persons receiving a
consultation in the area. We ask that if you are interested in having a
group consultation that you contact us to schedule a Curl Talk and Tea™
Seminar for your party. We are more that happy to schedule one of these
events for you.
Return Policy:
- Please be aware that all sales are final. Urbanbella will accept an in-store
exchange only on unopened and unused merchandise within in five days of
purchase date. We offer a full consultation on any product prior to
purchasing products. Please review our consultation information above or
