Thank you for buying from my company.  You have a lot of options in the Natural Hair Care World and choosing one of my products is an honor for me.  If something is not working for you please call my store.  You will most likely speak to me or one of my well natural-hair educated team members. We will get it right for you.  If it means replacing an item, offering education or sending you something different.  The products I made for you are hand-made with care and love and take that some amount of time to make sure it's right for you. So call anytime if it is not 100% to your liking.
